As part of the Assystem / Expleo group, I have developed my skills through assignments in the Aerospace industry (12 years) and the Rail industry (2 years).My mains clients were Airbus Atlantic, Stelia, Alstom and Spirit. For these clients, I was involved in no less than 4 major new industrialisations within the A350, Beluga XL, AGV and Duplex projects. These new industrialisations taught me to be rigorous. I also learnt to be very adaptable as a methods technician. For example, in the early days of the A350, the tight schedules generated a lot of changes in Drawing SET. These changes created a lot of travel works jobcard and out standing work jobcard for the customer.I was able to adapt to 5 different SAP systems, each with its own philosophy and usage differences. This gave me a good competence of SAP systems, both in the aeronautical preparation and logistics fields.During my 14 years as a consultant, I also often trained newcomers (10 people) in the manufacturing engineering or configuration management process.For 4 years, I was lucky enough to manage two services, which gave me the chance to hone my leadership, project management and management skills.After these experiences as a team leader, I naturally turned to hybrid positions of preparation and project management. I always kept in mind the need to manage the workload according to the capacity of the departments. So over my last 2 years on the job, I've had the opportunity to work a lot with the R&D, Engineering and Methods departments, with the aim of finding projects to reduce the cost of the A350.Since 2023, I have been living between France and England in order to improve my English.I am looking for a position that will allow me to express my project management skills or a new industrialisation, either in England, France or Canada.
