The technical support and promotion of the engineered wood from Goodfellow inc. is the primary task involved. This support is offered to a wide range of contacts such as Architects, Engineers, Contractors, home owners and all other contacts that needs information on the product. In addition to these tasks, the technical representative is responsible for managing the individual projects he has under his control. Tasks including coordinating with the engineers, architect, contractor, plant personnel, the technical department (Technicians and Engineer) and the shipping personnel in order to ensure the proper project schedule is followed.

The calculation of structural members for budget purposes, the preparation of quotations, quantity take-offs, the preparation of shop drawings & erection drawings and the project coordination/management are at the core of the responsibilities.
