As a Information Systems Business Analyst my main tasks are:-Provide first and second Level support of information systems across AMPLEXOR group entities; -Qualification, documentation and resolution of functional support requests/incidents.-Coordination of requests, including routing and monitoring of Level 3 requests.-Adaptation of configuration items according to the users’ need.-Specification and analysis of application changes according to user requirements-Coordination and execution of test scenarios for new releases, including set-up of test plans.-Writing and updating of documentation (user administration and training manuals).-Coordination, set-up and execution of trainings.

Responsibilities assumed: -Manage and control user administration and assist user during closing period;-Ensure production back-up;-Ensure quarterly production closing (product reports, consolidated statements etc.);-Understand and analyze regulations relating to solvency ratio, COREP, and Pilar 3 to address users’ needs;-Participate to implementation project (regulatory evolution, new functionalities, optimization);

As an Application Support Analyst my main activities are to:-Support more than 70 Banks in the Financa platform, in markets such as Portuguese, Maltese, Angolan and Mozambican;-Problem solving in different application areas, which banks can’t adress;-Guarantee the normal functionality of the Banking Institutions that contract our service;-Intervention in the Monetary, Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets;-Parameterization of operation types regarding the Markets mentioned above;-Support the daily closures of our costumers;-Intervention in Swift Messages;

As a Chargeback and Fraud Analyst my main tasks are to:-Analysis of transactions in credit / debit cards;-Detect possible fraudulent transactions;-Work online on the Visa and Mastercard platforms;-Elaboration of losses’s reports;-Contact with agencies;-Guarantee that all chargeback processes are applied in due time;-Abide and follow Visa / Mastercard international standards;
