I am a cisgender, white, LGBTQIA+ woman. I'm an interdisciplinary professional with a master's degree in Social Anthropology from UFSC, engaged in projects involving Sustainability, Traditional and Indigenous Communities and Peoples, Cultural Heritage, Human Rights, Climate Change and the SDGs. I have experience in obtaining environmental licenses for large public and private projects and in developing social impact reports, carrying out Indigenous Component Studies (ECI), Quilombola Component Studies (ECQ), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Intangible Cultural Heritage Impact Reports (RAIPI), social diagnostics, Social Impact Assessments (SIA) and I'm looking for opportunities to improve my skills in Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIA), Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA). The implementation and management of projects that promote sustainable development and cultural diversity is my field. As a professional, I strive for innovation and results in the projects I am involved in. Dialogue with stakeholders, social impact analysis based on international standards, methodologies for gathering qualitative and quantitative data are some of the skills I have developed throughout my career.I also currently do independent research with family farmers (Alto Uruguai, RS) and fishing communities (South of Bahia), have experience with agroecology, permaculture, agroforestry and social movements, and volunteer in social projects in the third sector.
