My focus is to help adding creativity to your ongoing work.- Developing materials and a workshop for young researchers at Copenhagen University, who wants to do transformative research, that can lead to novel breakthroughs and transform the field of research.- Developing a new concept for facilitating startups at ESA Business Innovation Center, Denmark. The core of the concept is a blend of the method Disciplined Entrepreneurship from MIT and the methodology for enhancing creativity, which I Co-develop at the Creative Genius Program from Aalborg University- Developing materials for the development and transfer of creative skills in a ongoing project in Lejre Municipality.

Researching and teaching how to enhance creativity in knowledge work. The focus of my work is always to develop theories and concepts that will help knowledge workers, organizations and managements to be more creative and open-minded while doing innovative work.Development of new approaches and concepts for a systematic use of creative multi-domain thinking in innovation and research processes. Multi-domain thinking is to use creativity to apply more divers knowledge in the work resulting in both more novel and more solid inventions.ENTREPRENEURIAL ENGINEERING: Co-developer and teacher in this master level cross-disciplinary engineering education. My teaching in the program is focused on developing a strong creative mindset the students can use as a basic in their work as entrepreneurs.
