My theoretical background is primarily a master degree in production systems from Aalborg University. However my practical experience is much more diverse. I have spent the past 5 years as a consultant with a wide variety in projects ranging from project manager, facilitator in organizing and executing continuous improvement, manufacturing strategies, LEAN concepts, strategic development, Quality Management System, simulation, analysis of flow and business processes. I have been working all over Denmark with a couple of projects in Germany and Italy as well. I would highlight my strengths to be a great project manager and highly skilled in working with Quality improvements (systems and people) with a high level of professional integrity. I work fluently with the Microsoft Office package and am an expert in Excel.
