As CEO of Center Denmark I'm building a platform for digital innovation in and across energy systems. I'm building the company from scratch bridging research, energy sector and new business models. The company is independent, non-profit and a collaboration between key actors in the market. Even though we are non-profit the result of our work is very profitable for the market. As Director of Loads and Control (LaC) in Vestas, I was responsible of 3 departments that together delivers the control algorithms and corresponding load and power curves for our new products and site specific turbines. LaC is very core in Vestas product development and our technology development and simulation platform is key for Vestas to meet market requirements and increase our competitive edge. With LaC-offices in Aarhus (DK), Porto (P) and Chennai (IND) we attract talents globally, and currently we have more than 10 different nationalities only within LaC. High diversity in the teams is contributing to the strong innovative and dynamic culture that we have.I'm very proud of being part of Vestas and the vision of being global leader of sustainable energy. It's extremely energizing and inspiring to work together with the highly skilled colleagues in LaC and I'm very sure that we together will continue our mission on raising the bar of what seems possible for the wind industry. As CEO of TADAA!, a start-up within INSERO organization, I had the leadership of building up the company from the ground – creating the business model and hiring the right team to develop the product (Car sharing service for housing associations - based on state-of-the-art software platform with great user experience and integration with hardware telematics in vehicles) and do the market launch. I’m proud of how far the team and I have come on so short period of time. Great response in the market and 55 EV’s running in the fleet. A fully functional software/hardware system and partnerships with huge potentials. Primary competences: - Business development, start-up and entrepreneurship, - Technology management and innovation processes- Green Tech: Wind technologies, E-Mobility, Smart Grid and sharing economy - Manufacturing technologies: 3D-printing in coherence with conventional machining and heat treatments- Funding and financing

CeoTadaa! A/S Oct 2015 - Jan 2017HorsensTADAA! is car sharing with electric vehicles for housing associations and other defined housing communities. As Chief Project Manager in Insero E-Mobility I had a key position in building the foundation of technical knowledge to start TADAA! as daughter company. 1st October 2015 I was appointed as director of TADAA! and 1st January as CEO. The most important results achieved is an effective organization making use of the competences within INSERO Group, external partners and of course a competent core team in TADAA!. Furthermore, development (by lean start-up principals) of a state-of-the-art software platform with high focus on user experience based on market feedback, with a caliber to compete with the best in the market. This is one of the core competences in TADAA!. We launched the first cars in the market 1st of April 2016, and together with a strong and competent team we after 10 months had 55 cars running in the fleet with high customer satisfaction. On very short time we achieved deep knowledge of customer behavior and strong partnerships, that has given TADAA! a position ready for scaling the business, even beyond national borders. -
