About Süleyman Karaca

I am a multidisciplinary aerospace engineer with experience in research, development and design. My focus areas are CFD, aerodynamics and combustion. I have developed many models to simulate external/internal flow and combustion using OpenFOAM and ANSYS packages for different configurations. I performed studies to optimize air drag in gas turbine blades. I have worked aerodynamic design and optimization of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) from conceptual to detailed design phases. I performed CFD analysis to design and to optimize of the full UAS system and also the sub-systems like wing, fuselage, air-intake of the engine and so on.
