Commissioning Management Responsibilities:▪ The planning and/or preparation and execution of the commissioning, operation, trial run and acceptance testing within the scope of work associated to his assigned project▪ The technical safety of the plant from turnover from erection until hand over to the customer▪ The implementation of the business’ EHS policies, safety procedures, work instructions and guidelines within his operational scope▪ Implement the LOTO and Work Permit program▪ Monitoring the work progress of all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities▪ Analyze and redirected resources or suggest corrections as necessary to prevent problems, delays or deviation from the established schedule.▪ Advise, assist and instruct personnel in all technical aspects of the project▪ Coordination of all Parties involved in the project, such as Sub-contractor's personnel, Vendors' specialists, licensor's personnel, Company's personnel for the activities concerned▪ Coordination, with the support of the Process Engineers, of the Performance Test Procedures and reports to the Company▪ Preparation of the final report covering the specific activities at the end of site work completion; at the end of pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities▪ Schedule of each work permit procedure▪ Develop training program for the Commissioning TeamProject Management Responsibilities:▪ Responsible for execution of project plan▪ Performs project management activities (defining scheduling, budget, change, risk and opportunity and resource management activities)▪ Performs technical review of system design and documentation▪ Executes continuous improvement plan▪ Understand and comply with relevant specifications in the field of activity (Company work instructions, health and safety, rules for accident prevention, information security, compliance, first aid, working time directive, country local rules, comply local rules, customer local rules and any regulatory requirements., quality policy and codes of conduct policies at all times.)▪ Identifies and resolves complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations▪ Performs budget management▪ Performs active role in maintaining client relationship▪ Performs full range of standard work for the professional field▪ Contract preparation and contract negotiation structures▪ Identification and selection of sub-contractors
