Member of a data engineering team- Helping to maintain and develop new features for a data ingestion platform mostly uses serverless services from AWS, the platform can handle flatfile and database in both on-prem and cloud.- Develop a data validation framework using Great Expectations open source library.- Migrate data pipelines from old platform to a new updated data ingestion platform using MWAA and EMR. - Adding data validation feature help with the migration process.- Actively working with other members from FPT and vendors to speed up the development process and also quickly debug issues for end users.- Design and develop a backend that utilizes OpenAI API to create a platform of Generative AI for the developers (Creating SQL queries, Summarise Tableau dashboards)- Apply auto syncing code feature from Codecommit to S3 buckets using Jenkins to data validation framework

- Learned the basics skill of a Data Engineer.- Trained and familiarized with Big Data tools such as Kafka, Hadoop and Spark.- Enforced SQL and Java skills by interacting with MySQL DB and Kafka, Hadoop- Worked with a team to create a data ingestion platform using Kafka, Hadoop, Spark as extract/load and processing tools with Java programming language. Storage used MongoDB and MySQL.
