A number of repeat orders have been received from these companieswww.galliumindia.comJob responsibilityFunctional Responsibilities Handled:Preparing the electrical layout for the project as per the project RequirementSelecting I/O s, Drives, Motors, PLC and Hardware selection as per Project.Analyzing the performance bottlenecks and adopting corrective measures to prevent the same.Checking, Correction & Preparation of electrical drawingSupervision Of Panel assembly and Machine Wiring keeping in concern various Norms whichever applicable ( CE / UL norms)PLC Programming, HMI Programming ,Commissioning of AC/DC DrivesIn-house testing of machinesFinal erection and Commissioning at Customer end.Troubleshooting with PLC, Electrical Drives, and Sensors etc.Maintained and repaired electrical equipment. Prepared, installed and tested wiring systems. Made sure that equipment is checked regularly for safety reasons.Assembled complex electrical and electronic appliances such as control panels and electric motors.
