Track PMP for the teams directly reporting to him and ensure development plans accordingly.Compliance to plant quality KPIs against AOP and develop action plan for further improvement through effective coordination with all stakeholdersEnsure development and compliance of MOH for quality and laboratory program and develop CAPEX based projects keeping in view the quality and Laboratory development road mapRoot cause analysis and action plan for market complaints related to analytical attributes and analytical testing.Effectively coordinate with regional and sector teams to align the updates and synchronize the laboratory agenda accordingly through training and development of people and laboratory processesEnsure that laboratory supplies ( Chemicals, Glassware, general items) are available to avoid any interruption/downtime on the line.Ensure that laboratory instruments are calibrated as per regulatory requirements using ISO-17025 guidelines.Good knowledge of material testing and quality assessment laboratory and quality standards
