- Assisted in the implementation of the Cook County Minimum Wage and Earned Sick Leave Ordinances, advising senior staff oneffective communication and application of the policies in the nation’s second largest county.- Consulted with department legal team drafting responses to businesses, opining on existing cases of Ordinance violation, and facilitating procedural operations for the Board of Human Rights and Ethics.- Researched how Cook County can better regulate the use of county-assigned vehicles and security details given to county employees, and more specifically elected officials. This research will help draft a new Ordinance on government accountability.
