- Assessment of market potential and development of commercialization plans for nearly 50 innovative projects from scientific units- Preparation of analyses on commercialisation of innovative solutions within the projects implemented for more than 10 companies, commissioned by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development; as part of the Technology Initiative (Inicjatywa Technologiczna) organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and within the Innovative Economy Operational Program (Program Operacyjny Innowacyjna Gospodarka)- Conducting 6 technology audits in enterprises- Conducting trainings in technology commercialization and Quicklook™ methodology (IC2 Institute and University of Texas certified trainer and consultant).

Projects:- Bank Millennium (1 project implemented in the years: 2007-08): implementation of a business process management system; development and implementation of e-learning training for nearly 5000 people.- Program for Improving the Quality of Public Services in Local Government Units of Lower Silesia and Małopolska Using the Experience of the City of Dzierżoniów Office (1 project financed by European Social Fund, 3/POKL/5.2.1/2008, implemented in the years: 2008-11). The project covered comprehensive activities in the field of organisational improvement in nearly 30 local government units: implementation of a quality management system; development and implementation of e-learning training for nearly 3 000 people; self-assessment according to the CAF model; improvement of communication, improvement of strategic management, improvement of documents flow, conducting customer and employee satisfaction surveys, development of good management practices.- The Chancellery of the Prime Minister - Kancelaria Prezesa Rady Ministrów (1 project implemented in the years: 2009-10): implementation of a quality management system; mapping and modelling of implemented processes.- The Polish Social Insurance Institution - Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (2 projects implemented in the years: 2011-12 and 2014): implementation of a quality management system; development and implementation of e-learning training for approximately 40 000 people.- City of Zgierz Office, Poviat Eldership - Powiat Łódzki Wschodni (1 project implemented in the years: 2011-12): training program and implementation of Results Oriented Management system.- Certified quality auditor.- Certified EFQM trainer and consultant
