Graduated in Information Systems and certified in ITIL v3 Foundation, I have over 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field, applying ITIL knowledge and providing Level 1 and 2 support for print outsourcing solutions. Additionally, I worked as a QA Analyst, where I was responsible for ensuring the quality of payment solutions through the development of automated tests, functional testing, performance testing, and more.As a personal challenge, I developed a sample application that integrates libraries with commercial automation solutions to support developers in their Java integrations. During my academic journey, I earned three consecutive honorable mention awards in 2017 and 2018 for outstanding achievements.Currently, as part of Accenture, I am contributing to an automation project for one of the largest banks in Brazil.
