· Manage client accounts, including quote requests, purchase order processing, engineering communication, and production updates· Maintain status of production volume, process shop work orders, track job statuses through production· Coordinate with VP of Production to manage production schedule and capacity· Assist with purchasing and procurement to maintain internal materials supply chain· Aid in order fulfillment process, including customer communication, third-party shipping arrangement, and shipping schedule development

· Support shop with development of fabricated parts and acquisition of purchased parts· Develop ASME Code Packets for pressure vessel repair authorization· Manage shop work timeline and maintain shop schedule and performance metrics· Perform sales operations: customer communication and incoming order processing· Perform work order processing operations including order setup and material allocation· Observe and analyze sources of inefficiency; develop and implement solutions
