As a Sales Producer my main task was to travel to Paris, France on a monthly basis, visiting clients and presenting them the company and its assets to convince them working with us. For regular clients my task was also to create a strong partnership. I made also myself available through the whole process of the project to fludify the communication between different stakeholders and make sure everyone were satisfied at the end.

I was in charge to follow all the Van Cleef & Arpels digital films from the initial agency creative brief till the delivery of the final version of the films to the clients.

I was in charge of supporting the creative team by giving them some guidelines they could follow to stick to clients expectations and values. I also had to make sure we would respect the allocated budget for the production of the digital films.

Bidding commercial projects but also short films and long forms through an analyse of the different elements shared with me by clients and meetings with directors, specific technicians. On top of this I had also to source locations, countries where we could set our shoot and scheduling the whole process from the preproduction to the post production process.
