In my 20 plus years of healthcare I have achieved a number of goals which have sharpened my skills in customer service, Health Care ,Case Management, and Medical Assistance. While working for Peach State Health Plan I was promoted as Lead Program coordinator after assisting in writing processes and procedures for the work flow and use of the emergency department for all hospitals throughout the state of Georgia for the Medicaid population. I served as a back office manager for the medical facility Diabetes and Endocrinology. I was also awarded top customer service representative while working for Broder Brothers. My knowledge and experience together makes me a force when working with the public, and in corporate environments.
