Their satisfaction is my ultimate goal.Currently, I lead our firm’s Workplace Practices Group, which is composed of the workers’ compensation and employment teams. My practice centers on the defense of employment and workers’ compensation matters on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies. Throughout my legal career, I have defended a wide variety of clients and industries, but I frequently represent clients in the following industries: Nursing Homes Trucking and Transportation Staffing and Employment Agencies Manufacturers RetailersAdditionally, I have extensive experience in handling a diverse array of workplace injury claims. Some of these claims include: Complex Physical Injuries Paraplegia Brain Injury Occupational ExposureI also lead GWB’s Medicare Set-Aside team and offer extensive experience in working with MSA providers to resolve complex workers’ compensation matters. By striving each day to be a servant leader and team player, I've been presented with many new, great, and challenging opportunities. One, in which I'm most proud of, is serving as a mentor and advisor to less experienced attorneys in our firm.
