• Responsible to directly manage the engineering, construction, commissioning and conformance of all the MEP scope of work in the project such as: HV, MV, LV, ELV & special systems, BMS, SCADA, AGL, VDGS, ALCS, ICT, HVAC, Access control, Firefighting, etc.• Attending work progress, coordination design meetings with designer, consultant & client to discuss key MEP related issues of the project and take required effective actions• Ensure that the MEP work is carried out as per the safety regulations, the quality policies, project specification & the required standards.• Coordinate with design team and advise feasible solutions on all aspects of MEP design and provide guidance, managerial and technical support to project team.• Prepare periodic reports to management/client including status of budget, variance/change claims, schedule, disputes, upcoming activities and safety records.• Monitors subcontractor and vendor performance and contributes to project evaluation of these in project close-out reports.• Monitors productivity and cost and implements appropriate action to maintain maximum labor productivity and cost-effectiveness• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects comply and in accordance with condition of contract, conceptual design drawings, project specification, bill of quantities and standard construction practice. • Monitors & manages the tendering process to develop the company business by undertaking a bid manager role • Liaise with Client senior management, local authority and ensures good relations are maintained through for a smooth handover and close out process of the project.
