Presently working with an Indian Oil & Gas Exploration & Production company as Senior Manager (Commercial) for the last 18 years of producing assets/Field and responsible following main activities :-• Regulatory and Statutory approvals from GoI/ DGH- Indian E&P regulator/ JV(ONGC) - Indian National Oil and Gas company/ other Government agencies.• Ensure compliance of Production Sharing Contract (PSC)/ JOA • Project Management/ co-ordination / Budgeting/ Production planning and monitoring (including forecast) • Team Building & leadership:Establish/ Coordinate a well qualified multi-disciplinary team to meet the following requirements of Asset: G&G Studies/ Seismic API/ Land acquisition & support in Tendering and Contract management / Production testing/ Declaration of Commerciality/ Appraisal Plan / Field Development Plan.• Member of Committees which includes members from MoP&NG, DGH, ONGC, other ContractorsFinance• Plan, prepare and monitor WP & Budget for the project including forecast Cash Calls etc.• AToP & QMP under Gas Sale & Purchase Agreement for sale of gas • Involved in Due diligence for raising Finance through listing at London Stock Exchanges, preparation of Financial Appraisal Plan etcOperations: • HSE/OISD procedures and guidelines of Oil Industry Safety Directorate/ Petroleum & Explosives Safety Exploration Organisation (PESO) / Pollution and Control Board- / Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF) • Building/ Maintaining positive relationships with the Government, Regulator, licensee and other agencies
