I have over 35 years experience in the financial services industry having held a variety of senior management positions in Administration, distribution and Professional Advisory Services within Statewide Super, CBA, St George Bank and Bank SA.I was the former CEO at Statewide Super until it’s merger with Hostplus on the 29/4/22. I was responsible for leading a team of motivated people engaged in developing and delivering high quality benefits and experiences to our 145,000 members including the safe management of their $11.5 billion in retirement savings.I was the Responsible Manager for the Statewide Superannuation AFSL and the accountable sponsor for the companies Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)I have held several senior management positions at Commonwealth Bank over the last 10 years, namely serving as CEO of Symetry Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of CBA), Head of SMSF Distribution for Colonial First State and Regional General Manager Commonwealth Private Bank.In my role as General Manager of Commonwealth Private Bank for SA/WA/Vic/NT/Tas I was responsible for the management of Executive Managers, Private Bankers, Private Wealth Managers and Associates (90 reports) who were the single point of contact responsible for the provision of banking, lending, strategic advice, investments and wealth protection for our high net worth clients.
