With a dream of building businesses, Tom spent 25 years as the President of Ritus Corporation, a family-owned business specializing in developing and manufacturing complex rubber and plastic components. Ritus started as a local manufacturing company and grew to reach international success. In 2020, Tom was instrumental in orchestrating the recapitalization of Ritus Corporation in partnership with BluePoint Capital Partners. Following the successful transaction, he remained in his role as acting president, steering the company's growth for an additional two years.Tom rejoined his family enterprise as a Managing Partner at Monarch Capital Partners, where he is actively identifying investment prospects to enhance the firm's portfolio.
