- Data Analysis – Analyzing large administrative datasets using SPSS to verify progress toward system-level reforms and performance goals, supporting monitors of federal child welfare class action litigation in Michigan.
- Program Evaluation – Implementing quantitative and qualitative methods for 3-4 year evaluations of 1) pilot programs in 6 Ohio counties implementing multidisciplinary legal representation for 250+ parents involved or.
- Project Coordination – Leading all aspects of project management for Ohio evaluation team, including developing, maintaining, and overseeing team workplans, as well as facilitating meetings with internal and external.
- Research Design – Developed 4 data collection tools to guide 3 interviews and 1 focus group with Ohio project stakeholders, including 100+ questions.
- Interviewing – Conducted or transcribed 57 interviews and 14 focus groups through July 2024 as part of evaluation projects.
- Data Analysis – Analyze yearly qualitative data from interviews and focus groups as well as quantitative data submitted by partners for evaluation projects. Develop analysis frameworks for Ohio data.
