Provided strategic leadership and operational management at the department level for almost 3 years. Design, implement, and assess 6+ courses per year in college-level writing, research, and textual analysis (face-to-face, hybrid, synchronous and asynchronous delivery models). Developed a robust record of web and print publication for a variety of audiences and genres, and a history of successful internal and external organization grant writing at the federal and state levels, with total outright funding of over $450,000. I served as the Digital Humanities section editor for ABO, a peer-reviewed, open access, indexed scholarly web journal that includes a section for more popular and public intellectual discussions. Used domain knowledge to identify and solicit strong pitches or manuscripts for publication. Use BePress to shepherd articles through a single-blind review process to publication, revision, or rejection. Published 1-2 articles per year in section. Collaborated with editorial board members to envision and implement the journal’s direction. Wrote editorials for special topics. Helped mount #WriteWithAphra, a pandemic writing support group of ~80 participants focusing on women in academia.

Designed and developed front and back-end website for a non-profit advocacy group including PayPal integration and electronic data collection. Maintained participant contact lists. Designed promotional materials. Maintained data relevant for the organization, including delegate meeting minutes. Assisted conference convenors in using VHC funding and authoring web content.
