Completed an 8 week full time intensive training program called IT-Ready which is offered by CompTIA's leading charity Creating IT Futures. The programs purpose was to prepare all students to begin a career in an entry level IT role via an instructor led classroom, group projects, hands-on training, and CompTIA's online labs. Vouchers to take the latest A+ certification exams were given the last week of the program and up to us to pass on our own.

Handled about 100 incoming calls from customers with questions regarding using the website, filling out a loan application, or providing any additional info or documents. Also worked the support email inbox and similarly handled any customer questions/issues there as well. Kept a clear log of the actions taken for each customer into our database. Worked on the following assigned projects from upper management. Created an FAQ for the support department to use as a reference when dealing with customers. Worked on a team that was in charge of transferring every account in paper format into our electronic database. Worked directly with the team lead and department manager in creating reports showing statistics and trends in regards to the support department and to be presented in meetings between upper level management. Worked with a team to go through the company site and address any errors or outdated info and suggest changes for improvement to upper management.

Used the Microsoft Office suite to create various documents for tasks and projects assigned by upper management. Coordinated with the homecare department by directing them to residents who called for assistance. Issued tickets for housekeeping and maintenance departments as needed for the residents. Kept a detailed log for all tickets issued, keys/equipment signed out, and guests entering or leaving the building. Great staff and even better residents.
