▪ Architecture: The Jedi collectively do architecture for the entire organization. I serve as a deputy to the Chief Engineer. Our duties are quite flexible, assisting different teams with engineering challenges as they come up, along with planning long term campaigns and the engineering to deliver on them▪ Maturation: Assumed a lot of previous technical debt. Buying down that debt my implementing best practices and building out a new enterprise data center.▪ Manager: Manager for 10 employees.▪ Process Optimizations: Along with technical debt, much of the program operates based on old processes. Taking over the contract, the Jedi have been focused heavily on process optimization.

• Served as a Technical Product Owner and SME for key applications, including Nice, Kronos, andPerception; oversaw the entire product lifecycle and handled ERM, DR and BCP for service delivery and engineering.• Elevated application security by enabling SSO and MFA on multiple applications.• Project Management: Directed the Nice RTI Screen Recording Project, creating specific triggers for on-demand screen recording, keeping clear records and meaningful analytics on employee actions. Drove coaching opportunities.• Integration & Migration Projects: Played a key role in the divestiture of eBay and PayPal by moving one of the first application to PayPal’s Windows domain, establishing a precedent for future migrations.• Took on a herculean challenge, writing custom scripts to split a production database into two instances, migrating with zero impact while making improvements, and meeting all legal requirements.• Supported critical reorganizations by working with cross-functional teams to adapt to new systems, applications, environments, and operations.• Technical Innovation: Discovered new methods for integrating data from newly acquired companies into existing applications, smoothing the M&A process for a seamless employee transition.• Regulatory Compliance: Increased CFPB oversight following the acquisition of Bill Me Later by creating new operations and reporting processes to strengthen customer service and maximize regulatory compliance.

Took company to 70+ employees.* Varied duties included some sales, training, hiring, firing, payroll, expense reports, profit and loss statements, records keeping, customer service, supervision, and various office tasks.* When I left, the company was billing out $100,000 a month, and experienced approx. 1000% growth in 18 months, without an assistant.
