Yoga practices and cleansing processes help me stay grounded and keep my mind clear. I have taken this time to deepen my personal Yoga practice, learn about the different philosophies and biology. The book Yoga for Meditation made it clear that I had to take a Yoga Teachers course and The Yoga Sutras guide me everyday. My 3 month intensive Yoga teachers course gave me a new approach to life.
