I'm a visual storyteller similar to a Swiss Army knife. I'm the Director of Creative Services and Photojournalist at Make-A-Wish Michigan covering the state of Michigan capturing and producing internal and external videos and photography for Make-A-Wish Michigan's website, social media, and marketing projects. This work highlights our wish kids, wish families, donors and volunteers while raising awareness and funds to grant more wishes for children fighting critical illnesses. I started out as primarily an award-winning staff newspaper photojournalist covering a diverse range of assignments; as well as freelancing for PR and Marketing companies producing annual reports, event coverage, portraiture, architectural images, and general photography needs.Seeing the need for video storytelling, I transitioned into the video world working in broadcast television news, and freelancing video content for public relations, marketing and non profit companies.
