Digital Videographer Portfolio: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXjhg9Io1O0Cs8cb8wRnj3ASince 2017, I have finished two degrees at the University of North Texas in Media Arts and Music Education. One of my proudest accomplishments in Denton was assisting in establishing a mentorship program within UNT’s Vocal Music Education program. With the assistance of my peers and Dr. Jessica Nápoles, we paired incoming underclassmen with upperclassmen mentors that would aid them in traversing the daunting landscape of a college environment. Through that mentorship program, I found joy aiding underclassmen with their class registration, guiding them to financial aid resources, and providing them with a warm, welcoming environment to ease their transition to higher education. This dedication to collaboration, uplifting others, and my personable management style has made me succeed in any role or tasks given to me, no matter how foreign or unfamiliar. I took a four year break from filmmaking during my music degree, yet all my previous knowledge of filmmaking and adobe creative cloud from grade school came back to me during my second degree like it was muscle memory. I had no prior food service experience, management experience, or even had a single cup of coffee before applying for a barista position and have yet been excelling at my position for almost three years and was promoted into cafe leadership after barely a year on the job. There is no role too challenging, unfamiliar, or alien to me that I'm not willing to put in the effort to become proficient at. I am a multifaceted professional with a wide variety of skills in choral music, film and video production, food service, management, and office settings, and I'm excited to put those skills to use!
