Primarily involved in the design of a novel mobile experience within a larger service design offering.Also involved in visual design and experience design projects, as well as the facilitation of design charettes/jams (IxDA meet-ups and the SF Public Design Jam, an event focusing on local/state-level public sector issues)

Providing UX assistance for Rational Software: facilitating user test sessions and collecting/interpreting the results of these sessions; research and conceptual design for the visualization of complex data.Also collaborated with fellow interns at IBM. Projects included: providing UX assistance for new features on an internship internal website, as well as regularly writing articles for an IBM Internship WordPress.

Storyboarding user scenarios, visual design, conceptual sketches and mockups for video/audioconferencing devices and VoIP softphones; market and user research for the future of enterprise conference telephony.
