Focused and interested in extensive research and striving for the expertise in Waste Utilization and Recycling of Ferrous Ore Fines, I continue to do research work on Pelletization with an additional hand on Modeling aspect to go with the fundamental, scientific and Experimental research work in my Doctoral study at Lulea University of Technology, Lulea, Sweden. Prior to this, I worked as Researcher in R&D, Tata Steel Ltd, Jamshedpur, India for almost 3 years with the research focus on Agglomeration of fines, especially Pelletization of Raw Materials, and recycling of steel plant wastes. I am equally enthusiast towards sports and adventure activities and actively participated during my academic as well as corporate career. Specialties: 1) Pelletization and sintering of iron ore, chromite ore, manganese ore and briquetting of plant wastes.2) Intermediate expertise in microstructural characterization, image analysis & thermal processing of the raw materials and agglomerates. optimization of the process parameters.3) Area of interest: Agglomeration, Iron Making & Steel Making, Heat & Mass Transport, Metallurgical Thermodynamics, Data Analysis4) Characterization Techniques - Hot Stage Microscopy, Pycnometers XRD, TGA, SEM-EDS, Optical & Stereo-microscopy.
