My career to date has involved successful direction of operations and management of the financial aspects of small- to mid-sized companies that also includes leadership in sales, marketing, human resources, IT and facilities management. In a small company, one often wears many hats. This is the environment in which I thrive, and I earned a reputation for consistently making valuable leadership contributions that facilitate continued business growth. I am equally comfortable interacting with and motivating hourly employees as with reporting to and collaborating with an executive management team.
