Back ground Verification•Ensure that background verification is done for the employees, interacting with the previous employer on the same, sharing the background verification form with them and uploading the forms received from the previous employer in reylon software.•Point of Contact for BVG Verification of Ex – EmployeesLeave Management•Maintaining the track of Employees leaves, compensatory offs, Work from home details to monitor absenteeism.Employee Welfare and Employee Relations•Conducting team activities every Friday named “funday Friday”.•Organizing Team Lunch every quarter.•Celebrating Birthdays of employees on last Friday of every month.•Issuing Marriage Gift Voucher for newly married couple.•Coordinating annual day and sports meetsEmployee Appraisal •Initiating the appraisal process, sharing the Performance management sheet to all the departments who are eligible for the appraisal.•Issuing hike letters to the employees.Employee Exit Management•Conducting the Exit Interview and analyzing the reason for resignation, try to monitor and control the employees exit and developing of strategies for providing feedback to the management.•Issuing Relieving Letter/ Experience Letter once employee gets all the clearances. •Maintaining a record of Exit Management System, to analyze and develop strategies.
