1) Process improvement, Pokayoke in the production process to minimize assembly defects 2) Analysis and problem solving skill 3) Tooling Schedule for new model follow customer event. 4) Event Schedule for follow trial new model . 5) Establish , implement and maintain works under control to comply with environment system requirement , law and regulation. 6) Trian and motivate employee to work an environmentally responsible manner.
