Tyler is developing a broad employment and labour practice with a focus on wrongful dismissal, employment standards, employment contracts and policies, human rights, workplace investigations, and various labour relations issues. He is known for his problem-solving skills, strong communication, and professionalism and he strives to provide clients with practical and tailored advice based on their unique objectives.Tyler also works closely with national-level athletes in his growing sports law practice. In his past role as a Program Manager at Sport Solution, Tyler successfully advocating for Olympic and national-level athletes in arbitration and mediation relating to safe sport disputes, team selection, and carding.Prior to law school, Tyler worked at the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada. In his role at the SDRCC, Tyler assisted with drafting educational resources and with oversight of case management and administration of the Tribunal.
