Lastly, I plan and conduct User Testing sessions with consumers to gather valuable feedback, identify usability issues, and ensure a user-friendly experience.

From managing weekly project updates ensuring projects stayed on track, to designing engaging web designs, and digital graphics to amplify customer engagement. Crafting distinctive website designs and features using HTML and CSS, were among the additional responsibilities I held. I created mockups and wireframes to aid in web design for both new and established businesses. As an additional feature, I aided in developing and executing marketing email campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.In the final stages of projects, I conducted quality assurance testing to certify the delivery of all promised features and functionality.
