- Relationship Management with the Corporate customers.- Developing a thorough understanding of the customer’s industry, business goals and objectives, banking needs and ensuring delivery of services of the Bank.- Acting as the linchpin for interaction between the Bank and customer for developing, maintaining and fostering the banking relationship between the Bank and assigned Corporate clients, with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction and profit from the customer.- Making proactive business development and making efforts.- Preparing Annual Account Plans for all the customers attached to the team for maximizing income to the bank.- To look after the entire range of banking needs of the customers. To assess and structure credit facilities. - Assessing and analyzing Bank’s risk exposure to the customer.- Make presentation of proposals to Sanction Committees.- Post-sanction Credit Administration and Documentation.- Attending and rectification of non-compliances / observations of Credit Auditors / Statutory / RBI Auditors.- Identification of new projects of existing customers / new customers in the market, to expand customer base.

- To ensure that the Bank’s laid-down policies in the area of credit appraisal, sanction and loan administration are complied with and improvement brought about in the quality of credit portfolio with resultant favourable impact on profitability and NPA reduction in the Bank.- Providing feedback to the Top Management of the Bank based on the information gathered from Credit Audit on the state of compliance with:Instructions /directives from the Government and Reserve Bank of India, andBank’s extant Loan Policy/procedures- Providing feedback and sending out early warning signals to the operating functionaries about the quality of advances at the branches subjected to Credit Audit. If necessary, also suggest remedial measures in respect of loan assets showing signs of weakness so that the concerned operating units and their Controlling Authorities can take proactive steps for safeguarding Bank’s interests.- Independently review the credit risk assessment of a borrower whose accounts are subjected to Credit Audit, furnish opinion on the risk rating awarded and also indicate whether it is in order.- Act as another training vehicle to guide branch staff handling large advances for improvement in credit administration and skills.
