Provided on-site end user support for mission-critical and mission essential Audio Visual A/V systems/services operated and maintained by the Command Presentations Team. Scheduling, facilitating and monitoring all VTCs operated and performed on AETC Bridge. Maintained a current and active TS/SCI clearance for work with systems at that classification. Complete preventive maintenance inspections for a variety of VTC and A/V conference rooms. As a VTC technician/facilitator I scheduled over 15,000 customers worldwide. Maintained conference room schedules, coordinated with agency-wide counterparts. Established communication connections necessary for secure and non-secure VTCs. Assisted with special projects to enhance VTC configurations and life cycle management. Ensures TS/SCI room and equipment compliance with established guidelines and standards.
