Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Chairman.1. Administrationa) Overall have been managing the administration and the coordination of the University of East London (UEL) MBA programme. b) Have attended UEL Staff Development programmes in UK and locally and been trained on the procedures on managing the Partnership regulations plus ensuring all the necessary documentation and reports are send to UEL accordingly.c) Prepare Review Enhancement Report (REP) on yearly basis covering a thorough analysis on the UEL MBA programme in terms of academic matters and achievement, issues brought up by UEL external examiners, lecturers suggestions, lecturers evaluation done by students, etc.d) Review the final examination paper for the Accounting and Finance and the International Business Strategy and also assignments for other modules to ensure it meets UEL's requirements.2. Managing all matters related to the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA). Attend all seminars and conferences pertaining to any new updates and ruling.a) Review all documentation for MOHE and MQA for the application and renewal of the MBA programme.b) Handle personally all MQA and MOHE audit as the officers will question the Head Of MBA programme thoroughly and will check all the necessary documents.3. MBA fees managementa) Oversee on the overall MBA fees payment record.b) Discuss with students who are financially tight on ways the MBA fees payments can be structured and ensure that they are able to pay the fees on schedule.c) Negotiate with the students with high debt personally and speak on the consequences of their action such as barring them from attending the MBA classes.4. Manage the College Facilities to ensure that the students’ needs are well taken care.5. In charge of Marketing plans and promotions for UEL MBA programme.
