Responsibilities Account Receivable Gathering new starts information from the finance manager.Verifying all the documents of Customers like Purchase Order (PO), or Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Work Order (WO)Create new employees accounts in the payroll application systemCollecting timesheets or Invoices form the consultantsGenerate Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly and Monthly report according to the signed agreements and send it to customers.Total past due invoices weekly and report the same to managerMaintain update record of all consultants working hours and expenses as per the client Work Order.Co-ordinate with customers regarding payments if required.Summarized receivables on weekly and monthly basis Co-ordinate with consultants to enrol/register / for Self Service Employee Login in (Paylocity.com).Well versed with all tax terms like W2, 1099, and C2C Reporting AR Aging Summary to Management on weekly basis Verified details of transactions, including funds available and total account balancesDeveloped and tracking reports to keep management informed of due and past due vendor invoices from clientsAccount PayableCreating Vendor or Sub-Contractor accounts in application systemCollecting time sheets or Invoices form the consultants and from Sub-ContractorEfficiently process vendor invoice and maintain up-to-date in systemPreparing vendor payments report which including any outstanding duesBalance Batch summary reports for verification and approvalCoded the general ledger and processed vendor invoice paymentsIssuing the checks to vendors or Sub- Contracts Initiating the payments through Automated clearing house (ACH) Research and resolve all payment issuesPreparing Bank Reconciliation Statement(BRS) on monthly basis Preparing Account Payable (AP) Reconciliation on weekly basisRevamped payment terms with dozens or suppliersRectified and escalated accounts payable issues from employees and vendors
