I am a dedicated logistics and supply chain professional with a BBA in Port Management & Logistics from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University (BSMRMU). My experiences span air and sea freight operations, customer relationship management, and freight documentation, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and seamless service. During my tenure with industry leaders such as DSV Air & Sea Ltd., Aps Logistics Int’l Ltd., and Kuehne + Nagel Ltd., I’ve had the privilege of working with high-profile clients like Walmart Inc., Next Retail Ltd., and Sainsbury. These experiences have allowed me to develop a keen understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including document handling, account management, and customer support, ensuring that shipments are executed flawlessly.In my previous roles, I managed complex operations, producing thousands of House Bills of Lading (HBLs) and handling all critical freight documentation, where accuracy and timely processing were paramount. My expertise in customer relationship management has helped me maintain strong relationships with prominent clients, including Centric Brands, Carter’s, and Tom Tailor GmbH. From creating pre-alerts to overseeing detailed tracking and reporting, I strive to offer clients a smooth, reliable logistics experience. My attention to detail and organizational skills allow me to ensure all processes are executed to meet client standards, helping them reach their business objectives through efficient logistics support.Alongside my practical experience, I’ve contributed to research in the maritime field. I worked as a Project Research Assistant at BSMRMU, gathering field data, analyzing findings with SPSS, and co-authoring a published article on seafarers’ skills in the twenty-first century. These projects, focused on maritime safety and port contributions to economic growth, have deepened my understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
