During that time, she’s amassed a wealth of knowledge and has found new inspiration and motivation to help others with her time-tested processes and strategies. While most people spend at least a little time working for others during their lives, Sandi has always taken life into her own hands, never settling for less than being her own boss. As a result, she’s never punched in for a shift at work; her life is entirely her own, and she works tirelessly to pave her own path and discover new opportunities to help grow her career.During her career, she has worked with numerous big names and entities, including the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, SEPTA, The Black Clergy of Philadelphia and Vicinity, and more, as well as numerous celebrity-backed foundations. Perhaps her proudest achievement is founding A Wealth of Women, which operates in Ghana and Pennsylvania. Through this, Dr. Williams supports over 1000 young girls with their education, personal growth and development. At present, Dr. Williams is a specialist consultant, offering support for numerous fields and specialties. She is currently Chief Visionary Officer for an International NGO in Africa and a Board member of The Diaspora African Forum, the 1st and only organization with diplomatic status serving the African Diaspora. She also serves as the US/Africa Chief Consultant with Africa Reconnect, where she has a direct role in managing business investors, stakeholders, and business developers. She also helps develop, manage and change business practices in the global marketplace. Her recent endeavour that has amassed significant participation is B.O.S.S.
