Primary responsibilities: Leading the implementation of ABS NauticalSystems Enterprise (NSE), a fully integrated Vessel ManagementSystem used to support day-to-day operations which includes a fleet ofmore than 25 vessels, over 200 users, spanning 6 different functionalareas (Purchasing, Maintenance, Operations, HSQE, Crewing &Finance).Highlights include:• Primary change agent leading the cultural shift from manualpaper based processes, to automated, efficient, technologysupported processes.• Developed and implemented a change management plan used toinfluence user adoption rates. This plan included strategies fortraining, user support and governance. To date, over 130 vesselusers and 30 functional users have successfully adopted NSE.• Key driver of end-to-end process designs in major functionalareas such as Purchasing and Maintenance. Using continuousimprovement tools & methodologies; measurable performanceimprovements are being achieved across many businessprocesses.• Directing & managing NSE project activities, including projectcommunications, stakeholder management, acquiring andmanaging resources, scope, cost and schedule management.• Analyzing and interpret business needs with functional owners,then ensuring system configuration meets those requirements.• Led the Vendor selection process and negotiated a three yearcontract with significant discounts and added value.

Primary responsibilities: Lead improvement projects to implement toolsand processes to support the Commercial team & manage one directreport (Business Analyst).• Led the planning and implementation of Salesforce CRM. Astrategic change management strategy helped achieve a 100%user adoption level.• Developed a custom solution for daily invoicing activities,reducing processing time by over 80% - saving hundreds ofhours annually.

Primary responsibility: Supporting strategic Commercial activities.• Reverse engineered dozens of competing bids to validate ouroffering. This was a key element in securing the 5-year contractused to acquire McKeil’s flagship vessel, the 'Evans Spirit’.• Led a cross functional team to improve the effectiveness andefficiency of the 'RFP Response’ process. The project yielded a50% reduction in the time for future proposals to be produced.• Developed a data warehouse turning 8 separately managed datasources into one tool used daily by more than a dozen users.

Primary responsibilities: Sales, design and project planning.• Negotiated and secured several high profile projects valued atover $600,000. These projects provided the company withexposure to a new market of ‘high end urban’ homes.• Managed and facilitated the processes of obtaining buildingpermits and other Government approvals.

• Managed and analyzed the Company customer database and produced meaningful reports. These reports were used to verify the effectiveness of advertising expenditures and modify the marketing program to improve results.• Developed a new comprehensive sales agreement. By combining the revised sales contract with detailed terms and conditions and installation details into one easy to fill out document, it eliminated defects in the ordering process saving the Company over $25,000 annually.Service Manager May 2004 - March 2008• Managed and analyzed the Company customer database and produced meaningful reports. These reports were used to verify the effectiveness of advertising expenditures and modify the marketing program to improve results.• Collected and analyzed data about service call subject matter. This Pareto analysis identified leading causes of services calls. After working with key suppliers to reduce defects, service call frequency was reduced by 25%.
