- Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from proactive sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific needs and company culture to identify the perfect fit for their open positions.- Partnering with clients to craft effective recruitment strategies that consider industry best practices, sourcing channels, and talent pool dynamics.- Demonstrating a results-oriented approach by achieving or surpassing goals for placements made and qualified candidates submitted, while prioritizing quality over quantity.- Proactively cultivating a network of high-potential candidates across various industries relevant to Quess Corp's expertise, utilizing various channels like industry events, online communities, and internal resources.- Maintaining a strong understanding of current industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies, while efficiently managing the recruitment process through Quess Corp's ATS and other relevant tools.

- Understanding & analyzing the requirements of the position based on the client's specifications- Identifying talent that meets specific client requirements- Working continuously with the Recruitment Manager and Stakeholders- Utilize various recruiting strategies to focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates- Involve in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking- Utilize the internal database to identify potential candidates and post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates- Calling candidates and discussing job openings.
