The Infrastructure & Operations, Virtual Infrastructure Team is responsible for maintaining and operating the core server (physical and virtualized) infrastructure. As the Senior Manager of an exceptional team of resources whose mission is to provide best in class infrastructure operations to our clients, I continue to improve leadership skills and develop future leaders within the organization. I am relied upon by business and technology partners to lead a team that maintains and improves the production infrastructure which enable our internal customers to meet external demands. In leadership, I believe it is crucial to be an engaged, confident, self-starter who can apply my strong aptitude for critical thinking to solve difficult problems, as well as lead a team through execution and delivery of solutions in a fast-paced and Agile environment. My main responsibility as the Senior Team Manager is to lead the Virtual Infrastructure Operations Team resources in the operational aspects of the physical and virtual servers across the environment. I am currently leading individual contributors and subject matter experts, in addition to collaborating across the enterprise with other technology peers and business partners. I have a strong technology implementation record, organizational and people leadership capabilities as well as experience in leading Agile infrastructure teams. I continue to develop the ability to understand and align with technology and business strategies and goals as well as communicating effectively to members of the delivery team because they are incredibly important components of this role. I have a daily passion for influencing and inspiring teams in creating innovative solutions to increase server delivery capabilities.

I currently lead the Austin Onsite Services team in supporting the Austin Service Center alongside the San Antonio campus. Roles and responsibilities are listed below.I lead the effort in increasing accountability for Hardware Asset Management and Auditing in Austin and San Antonio.Over the past year I have led the COVID Onsite Services Response effort in Austin which included equipping each associate in Austin with a laptop and home kit for use at their home office. This required mass coordination with the Austin Service center and all its customers.My current role allows me to develop and strengthen relationships between Onsite Services, Corporate Technology Teams and our Business partners.I continue to lead an opportunity to cross train NSD agents with Onsite Services for RTOI continually work with additional Sr. Staff in Westlake, El Paso, Phoenix, Denver and Chicago monthly to understand their best practices, decision making and execution.I work to enhance strategic and critical thinking skills by challenging my staff in Austin, additional staff in Westlake and San Antonio to help them Schwab professionalism, situational awareness and to stretch their goals to think outside the box.For the past several years I continue to be the "face" of Austin Onsite Services, center point for Organizational Effectiveness and how we do business with our partners.I work daily to mentor and develop the leadership skills of each of my team members, helping them develop goals, take on additional responsibilities and continue to get our day to day activities accomplished here in Austin and across the firm.

Utilize ServiceNow to support end-users in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows 7 desktops and laptops including data backups and restores during the laptop refresh. Installation and troubleshooting of a vast software library including Adobe products, Microsoft products, CAD Programs, Encryption, Antivirus, etc. Use of ServiceNOW and Landesk as two major tools to support end users.Phone installations and port activations at the IDF level in new areas of the campus
