Service based businesses are replacing product based businesses and when it comes to providing a service, experience matters. As a Service Designer I consult businesses on how to design their service so that every stakeholder gets a seamless, easy and pleasant experience. I help businesses identify & fix the pain points of their service as well as come up with blueprints of how their processes should be like.I am constantly learning new things, which is why despite being a Finance major I pursued User Experience & Service Designing once I got introduced to it. I’ve dipped my toes in MNCs, Research Firms, Consulting Firms and Tech Startups. My personal endeavor is to work and contribute towards the development sector of the country - a course that will not be limited by sector but entail an interdisciplinary approach. I believe this would require designing user experience, contributing towards policy making, innovating urban planning and even an understanding of gaming fundamentals. If you’re interested in grabbing coffee and discussing any project that we can collaborate on, please send an email (tanvir08hassan@gmail.com) my way.
