I have been working within Talent Acquisition since 2012 and have been specialising within the recruitment sector since 2008.I have extensive experience in Internal Recruitment and my specialisms include creating recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, harmonising internal processes.I take genuine pride in ensuring the business is not only covered from a headcount perspective but has the ability and tools to achieve their strategic growth plans whilst maintaining core values and ethos. Winlight was established in 2008, starting off with just one consultant and one business sector. It has since grown to a team of trained Consultants specialising in their own industry sectors – covering Social Work, Care and Primary Care.
