1. Recruitment: - Drive all aspects of the recruiting process of non and middle management level positions- Make annual strategic plans and lead the whole campus recruitment campaigns (both communications and selection phases) for programs such as Tech Innovation Program, Tech Transformation Program…- Work with Hiring Managers to analyze insights and identify talent needs, design job descriptions and targeted candidate profiles. - Actively seek and utilize the recruitment networks, job-posting channels, head-hunting, social media, internal referrals... to have talent acquisition. - Assess the attitude and capacity of candidates, do interviews and consult results with Hiring Managers.- Offer, do orientation & onboarding and follow a probationary period for new jobs.- Provide recruitment reports and propose ideas to improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality. 2. Employer Branding: - Formulate and implement employer branding strategies through multiple online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and attract targeted talents for the recruitment pool.- Build up and maintain good relationships with universities/ associates... - Solely manage “VNTravel Career’’ Fanpage, create and assure the quality of each post's content and visuals.3. Onboarding & Orientation: - Deliver onboarding and orientation sessions. - Propose and lead projects to review, improve and automate these processes to bring better and more engaging experiences for new hires. 4. Take responsibilities for recruitment process to ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time:- Work with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions.- Search candidates, make phone interviews and face to face interviews, negotiate benefit packages.- Obtain and assess reference checks off the candidates.- Make recruitment reports and submit them to the Director for approval.- Make offer letter, labor contract; prepare and send new employee orientation packages.- Welcome new employees when onboard.
