Achievement:• Operating day to day’s functional activities of the department within the company rules.• Arranging all kinds of the bill for necessary approval after thoroughly checking• Ensuring preparation and disbursement of cheques within due time.• Prepare Debit and Credit vouchers & check and verify the vouchers and invoices.• Communicating with banks & doing all reconciliation work.• Maintenance, Documentation & Record keeping of all daily accounts.• Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable.• Fund Management, Petty cash Management, and Advanced Management.• Prepare monthly Sales Report, Sales Reconciliation, and Sales bills & assist in making a budget.• Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on a regular basis.• Assist Head of Accounts in Financial Report Preparation, costing & business analysis purposes.• Monitoring attendance management process & assist preparation of monthly payroll and staff salary.• Preparing annual Admin operational budget, disbursing budget & calculating variance.• Carry out any other jobs from time to time assign by the superior.

• Handling the sales, marketing & overall business development activities of different Yarn items• Communicating with the buyers & merchandisers, understanding their needs & serving them accordingly.• Creating new clients & serving the existing 03 clients to assure the best service.• Demand forecasting, material requirement planning & submitting to the management.• Demonstrating the product & service of the company to different clients & describing the features.• Follow up with the proposal to the clients, negotiating with them on different terms & conditions.• Handling complaints & resolving the clients’ problems at the soonest possible time.
